LEGAL
Report content
Report a wrong figure, a privacy problem or content you believe is unlawful. You do not need an account.
Report unlawful content by email
Send a notice to the email address below in German or English. This is also the direct contact point for users and authorities under Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act. You can reach a person; contact is not limited to automated tools.
Include the exact page link and the particular figure or content concerned, a clear explanation of why you believe it is unlawful, and your name and email address. Include this declaration: “I believe in good faith that the information and allegations in this notice are accurate and complete.” If reporting suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation covered by Articles 3–7 of Directive 2011/93/EU, you do not need to provide your name or email. Do not send illegal files or unnecessary personal details; a precise location and description are sufficient.
If you provide an email, we acknowledge receipt without undue delay and communicate the decision and possible remedies. We assess notices carefully, objectively and without arbitrary treatment. Urgent risks to a person's safety or privacy require priority handling. This form and mailbox are not an emergency service; for immediate danger call 112.
Report an error or privacy problem with the form
The form below accepts general reports with a page link and explanation. An email is optional, but without one we cannot acknowledge receipt by email, ask follow-up questions or tell you the outcome. For a formal unlawful-content notice, use the email instructions above so you can include all relevant information without the form's text limit.
Submitting this form stores the report; it does not send an email or automatically remove content. We check reports and may correct a figure, remove affected information or explain why no action was taken. Where a contribution is restricted, the contributor receives the applicable explanation and information about remedies.
Challenge a decision or request help
You can ask us to reconsider a report outcome or a restriction by emailing the affected link or contribution number, the decision and your reasons. A human reviews the request. You can also use the same address for accessibility problems and account or data-protection requests. Legal rights to complain to an authority or go to court remain unaffected.
